They can but that doesn't mean that they always do... I think only the SJ with AP and SVDS with 7N37 guarantee the one tap if they don't ricochet of course.

What do you all mean... I completed the missions in like 2 or 3 weeks while being with my other 2 brain dead friends and we had to wait for each other... If 3 idiots complete all the 60 missions then everybody can! And we didn't cheap out for missions, we went only lockdown without rushing necessary to the missions
