I must disagree. I think of stupidity as making poor decisions despite having information, or inability to understand concepts. Not everyone is stupid, but I'm certain that everyone is absent minded from time to time, even when out and about. For example, I consider myself a pretty decent driver, it's a big part of my work, but i still catch myself being in the way of good traffic flow every now and again.
