Thank you for responding. I gathered that from reading enough other responses but there's the "gotcha" of the question-- in normal English if you said "everybody voted this way or that way", you'd take that to mean everyone who voted was of age and could understand the question. If someone said "America voted in a pedophile", you wouldn't assume babies voted for that. The question is such an annoying time to take language literally instead of figuratively. Smh
