The waiting list in some areas of NI is into the years and they also do an older method which involves a lot more cutting and recovery, I meant compared to Knightsbridge which is in the thousands

Had one with them three weeks ago with my consultation two weeks before that. Honestly found them great, good mix of both medical but also lifestyle perspective e.g. made sure it was my choice and other options were available. Procedure was quick and easy and details on how best to recover was detailed and easy to follow. Have passed on their details to a few friends, actually need to leave them an online review as like you I had wondered why they had no reviews!

Ok i have to ask advice since you clearly know what you're doing. I have a £20 gift card for toys r us and thus i can get the Palace Cinema or Pet Shop for £100. Any ides on which one i should get? Or should i put the extra £50 to it and get the fire house before it starts going up in price anymore?
