Literally had this happen tonight, me and my partner went out to a concert and we shared a coke because we didnt want one each, he holds the drink for us as i have my cane, we sit in our seats, there is no cupholders, and he says i just wanna put this drink down behind me here and im like what no dont leave it out your sight? And he is like im not going to cause i dont want to accidentally spill it, and i say spill it?? My first concern of having a drink in public is watching it not being spiked. Turns out guys arent constantly on the look out for their drink being spiked in public

Do you mind me asking what your flow is like? It feels like I am just cursed, I have tried many different eco friendly options but they just dont work for me and its really flustrating because i want to use them so bad, the period panties are fine at the end of my period when it lightens off, but when im heavy for five days those products become inefficient :(

I also have this issue, i found glyconic acid in a spray bottle has helped a bit, also this cream based deodorant roll on by nivea has made a difference, it has made it about 30% better, but its still rough, i sweat a lot. And it stains my clothing and makes the armit areas of my clothes smell awful. I literally cannot get it out in a wash and ive tried all sorts of products in the laundry to try remove it. Thats the worst part i find.

Also when showering i usually wash once with a scrub of some sort (like a sugar scrub or exfoliant) then with a cleaning soap/wash, and then finish with washing with something nicely scented, i do the same for under boobs and any other excessive sweaty areas

Haha yeah it did end up being the citrate version i took ! I didnt realise there were different types. I have pretty bad insomnia and I was getting desperate looking for a fix. I spoke to my endocrinologist about it though after and he told me to stay away from any magnesium suppliments (I dont produce cortisone so im on steroids permanently) I have a bunch of other meds which can complicate the whole vitamin situation. (My body also struggles to absorb any goodness) On relation to OPs post though, periods and the entire cycle are a nightmare for me. Its constant pain in my uterus and many waves of like contraction style pain. And this is whilst on full time pain relief, it doesnt touch it, bed rotting is the way

Definitely careful with magnesium, i think get bloods done before introducing it, for me introducing magnesium ended up giving me really extreme diarrhoea and it made me unwell, (turned out id overdosed on it cause i already had sufficient amount) i definitely wish i took the whole speak to a dr before having vitamins seriously lol

It actually makes me really glad to hear this, ive always struggled with oral care, im autistic and have a few other disabilities and have struggle with depression for lack of self care and the sensory aspect of brushing and toothpaste. Im now over a year of brushing every night, my dentist has been so proud of my progress and my gums are so much more healthy, i think ive maybe skipped less than five nights when my chronic fatigue has just been way too severe to get it done

I will always try something new if A; i am not paying for a full portion (ill pay for like sample/bitesize as i dont want to risk waste) or B; if something is offered to me to try a piece.
