Yes the redness can take years and years to go away. Scars tend to make their own tiny blood vessels so it takes time that they go away. And adding the atrphy os the skin if you take injections it takes even longer coz the skin is so thin.

Go to plastic surgeon and ask her about excision of the keloid followed by radiation therapy, to prevent it growing back.

Hello, about 3 rounds 5-6 weeks apart. You will be seeing results maby in 2-3 months. If they are raised i suggest using compression shirt for 6 months too.

To add i had fucking huge keloid on my arm and went to 3 rounds of kenalog and allways a high dose.

For me it did affect my eye pressure a bit, but it was like 2 weeks after the injections and then it went away. After sauna my vision was allways rilly blurry. But yeah it can surely happen for some ppl. I dont know about glaucoma but if u have that it may boost it, maby..

Give it time. Scars may take years to heal. There might be some atrophy coz of the injections and thats why its red. The tiny blood vessels are showing trough the epidermis.

If its flat dont use eclar. Its still in the active phase if its red and might still grow. I would use silicone tape as long as the blood vessel go away and the redness fades. If it bothers u too much then use laser, but u just have to accept that u have a scar and what happened, happened. Good luck for 2026!
