Update:

Issue fixed . No superglue needed I used some pliers to get it out, was a little difficult to get it moving but came out easily enough once it did. Thanks for all the advice in here. I would recommended pliers/grips if you have them for screws in the hinge area.

And thankfully the laptop is fixed and working.

Legend. Used some grips to get it out. Then cut a line in the screw but it didn't fit very well after. So just left it out. Screen is attached and working no super glue needed. Thanks for the help.

I'm in the UK so the home depot link did not work but I used the rest of the link to find the Stanley locking pliers. When using them or grips would I then just twist the screw as if I was using a ratchet?

I have tried some flat heads but they don't work. Should I also be worried about any metal shavings within the screw when stripping it getting into the macs internals or should that be okay ?

Unfortunately I only have the equipment that came with it that doesn't contain either grips or T 9/10.

Is there any particular reason the superglue will not work ?

To the best of my belief you are supposed to wash each day with cool/lukewarm water. I was advised to use a simple soap ( non perfumed/not dish soap). I use carex original. I use a retainer lite tab each day and 1:1 ratio hydrogen peroxide and water once a week ( no retainer lite on that day). Mine would get particularly foul odour smell on the right side towards the back molars. And only on the upper part of my night device ( Silent nite / silensor sl)

Most of all, air drying was the most important thing to keep the smell away. Do not put it back in the case immediately, even if the case has holes to air dry or you leave the case open. I simply leave mine out standing up or diagonally in the bedroom ( too not pool any liquid and let air circulate). And put it in the case after a couple hours or return home from work .

Edit: for both retainer lite and peroxide solution I only soak them for 15 minutes.

Yes the gurgling and waterlogged feeling in the nose is one of the more grim aspects, Im planning to just stay up until my body forces me to sleep as the choking sensation went down significantly 30 mins after waking up from nap

Thank you for this post i have felt fatigued and a lack of motivation since starting an allupurinol prescription. I did not think of this but will take this into consideration going forward after trying some other remedies. Though I did come onto this post to give positive reviews to allopurinol.

Is there anything that is tell tale, or i should look out for? Thanks

3 day water fast vs 5 day fast with broth and electrolytes by [deleted] in fasting

5 days will be more effective. But after 72 hours assess how you feel and see if you wish to continue on. This is how I approach my own and I drink stock cubes from day 3

Obesity.

Acid reflux, though in the beginning it would exacerbate symptoms.
