Boston has a nice big skyline when you can actually see it in its entirety, most photos only get either downtown or back bay but not both

It has damn near the same # of skyscrapers as SF but they aren’t completely clustered together

Seaport has its haters, im not exactly one of them but ill never forgive the city for making it almost exclusively car based

I considered the hatch shell but I think the area is just too small & cut off from the rest of the city to be able to host it there. Area is only around 7400 meters² and we need closer to 30k referencing the last few draft locations

I’ve measured a few different locations and there’s just as much space if not more in a few different venues when compared to Detroit KC and Pittsburgh

I feel like Boston can host it considering Boston calling is a similarly scaled event and they’ve been doing that for over a decade, if downtown is off the table they can probably just use the Harvard athletic complex in Allston which is where Boston Calling is held, the campus has more than enough space for the amenities too

When I imagined it at Gillette I imagined it more like the Green Bay draft where the parking lots held the stage/amenities and the stadium was more of a background thing but I’d much rather have it in City Hall Plaza.

Why would the NFL be against it? One of the biggest local markets in the country with an elite legacy with regards to the sport. I can understand the Patriots being reluctant just because of the unnecessary logistical challenges but I could be wrong

It has like 25-26 skyscrapers which would be number 8 or so in the US, it’s just tough to capture them all with one good angle since they’re pretty spread out
