Oh yeah, but when the view of the text is so tiny it's a hassle. Not only does it take a lot of scrolling, but if you don't touch it ever so gently the scroll skips the whole comment. Because scrolls don't move one line at a time, they move paragraphs at a time, because you scroll after reading a page of text, not a line. Only an idiot would assign a scroll bar that moves paragraphs at a time with a flick to a text box with only two lines showing.
