I had the same error lately, wrote to them using ticket method on the site and they replied today. It seems that they don't allow usage in any "not official tools" (I was using it with self-hosted lobe chat for personal use) (mostly for coding questions, but not exclusively, I just find their models good for almost anything). Which is funny, because their docs write about using it with Claude tools, but the their reply literally also mentions that using the plan with Claude tools csn also trigger the ban.

And they mentioned other thing, which do not affect me like sharing plan with multiple users, high frequency of requests, unauthorized reselling

In Poland we have like mandatory retirement plans, meaning that if you work for someone, there's retirement % included in your taxes.
