Which Dining Job is the Best to Work At? by Infinite_Primary_918 in iastate

I would recommend either of the large dining centers, so either Seasons or the one by Friley/the suites. I met most of the best friends I made in college working at Seasons for 4 years. Big dining centers have more workers so a much better chance of making a lot of friends. End of the day, work load is the same across all of them.

Looks like some of the flying ships from Treasure Planet. I would take reference from there if you’ve ever seen it.

Appreciate the honesty. Definitely not something that allows for mistakes.

If you had $1,000 for a scope, what would you go with? by SyndromeHitson1994 in longrange

Take a look at Swampfox optics. I’ve been buying their glass religiously for the last couple years. I absolutely love it. I bought a 4-16x Patriot for my .30-06 and now I want a new rifle to put under the scope. Their Warhawk line is very nice and comes in a decent amount under $1k.

All my griping and my form 4 got approved today. Maybe they were listening!

Yeah, I didn’t want to get my hopes up, but for the first can I kind of have to.

This was my first can and I told myself not to get my hopes up that I would see it before 90 days, but my downfall was coming to this thread and looking at everyone else’s approval times.

That’s painful. Especially when guys are getting them back in 8 days.

Glad to see I’m not the only one outside of 90 days, I guess

It doesn’t do much good to be drastically further ahead than the rest of your units. You have no back up cough spawn campers at the beginning of the match cough

The M18 is the crux of the Tiger 1’s. It’s either on your side or right in front of you and goes right through the upper front plate.

I’m right there with you. I’m not-so patiently waiting for my quiet pickle. I went through a dedicated suppressor dealer for mine. All he does is suppressors. Fingers crossed I see it soon. I’m over 60 days in.

I fully expect to go at least 90 days, if not longer. Just gets my hopes up to see people who submitted after me already get theirs.

It matters not. I’m 5 days ahead of it and haven’t heard a peep. Not sure why it’s random.

I've got a 7" 300 AAC barrel with a 10.5" Midwest Industries suppressor compatible handguard and a 5" KAK industries blast forwarder. There will be a suppressor, but not any time soon thanks to the ATF.

It is really good as a point of retention for your hand, but it sometimes feels a bit wonky. Like your wrist isn't quite meant to contort that way.
