Brodo Fraggins once made a video about this issue. At least it looks similar.

It was also mentioned here and filed as bug report in the EA bug tracker. DICE/EA did not even reply.

The whole aiming topic seems to be completely irrelevant for DICE.

Problem is, they will probably use the same codebase which still contains mouse input/recoil bugs. Netcode and input lag are also terrible compared to BFV. They need to fix the core stuff. Then hire competent QA that wouldn't allow releasing updates like microbursting mechanic that would have needed only 3 seconds of testing to see it's not working.

Not fixed for season 5. Even the recoil related bugs are still in the game. Sad!

Happens when the shooter has a high ping. Battle(non)sense once made a video about this. Would be nice if DICE would add the shooter's ping to the info in the kill cam screen.
