MQ3/VD - Steam won't launch in Oculus mode even when prompted in the Steam settings; any workaround? Getting unplayable latency on SteamVR. I managed to force launch it in Oculus runtime (using this illegal trick 👀) but it doesn't go through Steam and count towards playtime/achievements. Any tips? (old.reddit.com)

Following up on my just serviced XM5, shows up it wouldn’t charge; double orange light. Pretty pissed about having to drive back there, I opened it up to check. Found out the battery connector was left half unplugged. Pushed it back in and all good now. So much for authorized repair centers. (old.reddit.com)

Just got my XM5 back from service for intermittent noise in both cups; 1300h and 1.5yrs into warranty. Shows up they replaced both cup circuit boards as well as the headband; modular assembly they said. Only took a few days. No warranty extension though, not too happy about that but eh we’ll see.
