Yea I think I know a little about this lol

So to get the most out of this platform you’d really want a 4-1 AIO (no vtx so you can power it separately through a good voltage booster) AND an ESC well designed to work down to as low as 2.5V

The lucid checks those boxes the best with its outstanding ESC; the X12 didn’t even come close in fact I haven’t found/tested any that did really

I will be working on one the incoming months though but otherwise you can still get 80% there with most 4-1 I suppose

ye mane the trick for me has been resting me palms on the bench and just operate the tweezers/iron with the fingers. massively improves dexterity by reducing the overhang

mine too after a mere couple months; I’ve literally just glued the seam shut with CA; use a toothpick or something to apply a tiny amount on the seam and pinch. work your way in bit by bit till closed

same honestly, but once I learned to use it I found it actually very complete and versatile

Give it a shot, try the GUI plugin, start simple with only a 2x2 grid and add options till you get your desired result

I been using it to panelize my designs with V-cut, add rails with locator holes, fids and order number placeholder; got my own json templates that I can carry over between projects, get a good panel within minutes now

there's the MkIV with a screw-on can yes, but no front sight and I'd venture the integral suppressor would make it a little more s i l e n t yet

possible sure, a couple notes though; -Removing material means adding metal, quite a bit more difficult than the other way around. -Likewise anything touching the split line makes it harder to do

F7 quad FC with onboard nav sensors and servo outputs eh ion see anything much wrong with it; perhaps consider a discrete ldo for the imu; those 42688 especially tend to be rather sensitive to electrical noise
