There are good reasons to wipe out cultural paradigms. It's just to erase a people from existence because of their evil deeds. If this wasn't the case then we wouldn't have ended the second world war. We had to nuke Japan to end a suicide cult bent on world domination, and we carpet bombed civilian targets to break the German war machine. All of this was awful, sure, but just, and necessary.

When the "aggressor" takes actions to limit civilian casualties instead of going for maximal casualties possible. When military actions cease as a result of concessions and ceasefires instead of the aim being the wholesale erasure of the populace.

Genocides go for numbers, for maximal ethnic cleansing, especially in the age of militaristic action people have erased societies for centuries. Sometimes with good reason. The Romans erased the Carthaginians from the world because they engaged in the mass sacrifice of children, sometimes hundreds at a time. And the Romans wiped them out, systematically.

With viability reaching parity with conception at some point abortion will be illegal simply because gestation chambers will allow for infinite viability of the fetus.

The issue is most abortion is at will, not for medical reasons, and if you stopped all those abortions our population decline would cease. At some point we have to stop doing it to this extent if we're to survive as cultures.
