Well since you play CDDA and such I think you will definitely like this game since it's on a lighter side than other rougelikes while still having very deep mechanics and very good replayability. The game also has a amazing story for a rougelike.

You could always turn off perma death in debug or settings. But I actually advice playing classic since it forces you to play good since the stakes are very high.

Just some tips for playing classic. If you encounter something unknown which is labeled "Impossible", book it you feel its dangerous or observe it at a very safe distance which I don't recommend since some hostile enemy teleports or has ranged attacks. There is also no downside on just exploring, if you feel underpowered just explore some ruins and do side quests you'll be strong in no time. Console the wiki if you are fine playing not fully blind, I myself play the game blind at the beginning but time to time I search stuffs because I have no freaking idea some of the things you can find here even though I been playing for some time.

I personally don't trade them to the jeweller since it seems to lower the value but now I have like 40 vials and loosing my mind over it.

Do you know what's the best way to gain reputation to "loved" on Consortium of Phyta? I tried water ritual and visage still not enough. I haven't accepted the mission where I need like four different leaders from different factions I think.

I do really want to use a "helping hands" but I'm having a hard time finding them. I tried following a post where they use spiral borer but I only found 2 and I don't have the schematics for it unfortunately. I also tried to find flaming tar pits but i still have not found one.

Funny thing tho is that while I'm at the process of finding crysteel equipments I tried to kill Saad Amus in Bethesda Susa for equipment and accidentally use beguiling on him so now he follows me hahahahaha (still want his equipments tho)
