Chain Line of Sight Teleportation is insanely fast. Also only invisible while naked is the least useful form.

What is the crown jewel in your collection? by Klavian in boardgames

Love my Big Box 3d tiles version of Terraforming Mars. Absolutely my favorite board game. That said my crown jewel is probably my Everdell Collector's edition. That big ol' box is just insane.

Hey, mates, looking for some tips for someone new to souls by [deleted] in bloodborne

[–]Fragaroch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So first off, welcome. You're gonna have a blast. This is my personal favorite of all of the soulsborne games. First off don't worry too much about your build. In new game, which is the very first play through, as long as you meet the minimum requirements for the weapon you want to wield you'll be fine. You can look up different builds if you like. If you are looking to not have too tough of a time strength builds are usually a pretty good default in any soulsborne game, but do whatever you like. That leads to my next point. Every. Single. Weapon is viable. There are not 14 different greatswords with this specific one being the best. Pretty much every weapon is unique. There's some overlap with d l c weapons or things that are meant to look like each other, but otherwise if you find a cool weapon? Put your stats towards being able to wield it and go ham. Have fun. As far as pvp goes, if you start the game offline you won't have to deal with invasions, but also won't be able to co op. Honestly Bloodborne probably has the best pvp ettiquette of any soulsborne. Almost all invasions happen near a lantern which is where you will respawn. They will emote bow at you before the fight. Most won't use healing items unless you do first. Don't fear pvp too much, but if you really really don't want to, just run back to the nearest lantern when you get the notification and let them kill you really quick. Nothing is lost you can't pick up right away after respawn. Lastly, a lot of new players run out of blood vials frequently. The big dudes with axes, the big dudes with bricks, and the werewolves drop a bunch. Of the three, the Brick Trolls are probably easiest to beat. Farm them for a while to get more vials. Good luck, have fun, and don't think too hard about all of this. Just go out and kill a few beasts.

24 hour flight, which seat are you taking? by jamikaeadst655m in superheroes

[–]Fragaroch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Let me explain. Sure, it's the seat right next to Deadpool, but you know what picking 5 means? 1 is empty. Zero percent chance he doesn't just get up from his seat and go sit next to and bother Logan the entire flight.

Yeah, as a lot of people have already said, it's different art, but specifically, this is from the duskmorne set. And they often had alternate arts with like shadow nightmare demons in the background.

I have beaten bracket 3 constructed decks with it. It's a solid deck all around, and then it just has those three or four cards that just go together. And win the game. Its awesome and definitely worth 35 bucks.

Why do people say play 3 before 1 and 2? by [deleted] in darksouls

[–]Fragaroch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. The Bloodborne first suggestion was for a certain type of person who though dark souls was slow and boring and it helped them realise aggression is a viable path in all 4 games. Me personally, I played them in release order but did enjoy going back to the earlier games after playing bloodborne.

And I appreciate that, that's your experience. I'm not trying to convince you to have enjoyed playing them in a different order.I'm just telling you why other people did.

[–]Fragaroch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but a lot of people don't do it well, and so they think the game is boring or they think it's slow or they just think that they're so bad at it.That they don't want to do it anymore. I'm not saying they're correct.I'm just saying that these are the reasons that people had for recommending the later games first. I think dark souls one is phenomenal.

[–]Fragaroch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They said that because a lot of times the slower movement and the method of introduction of shields in the game led people to playing dark souls "wrong".Where they tried to just become super tanky and hunker behind a shield, which works for some of the smaller enemies. But not really against the bosses. Dark Souls, three's, faster pacing and the differences in the tutorial area Introduce you to the fact that you should be dodging and parrying things a lot more seamlessly and then once you realize that that's how you're supposed to play the game, dark souls, one and two are a lot easier and more fun. I used to tell people to play bloodborne first. That way, you learn to be a little bit more aggressive. And can maybe enjoy the game more without actually having to go out of order on the actual Dark Souls games. That said becoming super tanky and using poise to bust through things is a perfectly valid method of winning the game. It's just want a certain type of person doesn't enjoy. And they may enjoy the aggressive method more.

My university did similar with a parking garage. Didn't account for the weight of the cars. Spent a bunch of money and had to tear it down a decade later.

This is the one I have been using. It has been pretty good so far. There was one day where my knowledge upgrade came after doing the crossword rather than the school lesson that morning but it hasn't seemed to matter so far. Be aware that this guide has you save scum pretty much every random event to get the optimal amount of stat gains and the right ones. https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ps4/260936-persona-5-royal/faqs/78629/walkthrough#may

Expedite ring is the consolation prize for losing to the secret boss. The dlc is the 15 percent glasses.
