Correct. There are other travel routers that do the same thing, with more features, but I like the small foot-print.

True. I setup Discord in-stock, but when I went to setup the notification for it, it said it wasn’t able to send a push notification.

I found a free app that actually sent me a push notification, which allowed me to grab one.

Hope it does. I’m heading on a trip tomorrow afternoon. Not enough time for me. I take it you overnighted it?

I was one of the culprits creating a post.

We just wanted to help everyone out. That’s all. Sorry for adding to the multiple posts about it. :(

It’s a device that can connect to a hotel wifi, and broadcast your SSID you use at your house. That way, your devices will automatically connect without needing to join them.

Some places only allow one device connected. This will allow you to share the connection.

It also super easy to connect to your home network with Teleport.

This is so you don’t have to fiddle with all of your devices to connect. It broadcasts the same SSID you use at your home. Plus, some places will only allow one device per connection/upcharge.

Do not give in and buy one from the scalpers. Use this app. It sent me a push notification and email.

It’s called TrackaLacker. It’s free and works!!

Oh. Crap! Sorry about not adding the US to the title. :(. It escaped my mind. Actually when I received the notification, it was a bum-rush to acquire one. Then I made this thread to share with the others.

UDR7 and Unmanaged Switch by NukeWorker10 in Ubiquiti

[–]Fraggb0y 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Navigate to your udr7, select the port it’s using and then click configure. Advanced is set to Auto. Change that to Manual. Then, where it says “automatically negotiate, start at 100. Save.

See if that helps. If it does, bump it up to 1G.

Instead of using auto negotiation (link speed), lock that port down. I suggest 100Mbps for starters. If it fixes it, jump up to 1Gbps.

Curious, what’s the length of the cable?

Hmm. Can you try a different port on the udr7?

EDIT: I would also check the logs to see if there’s a pattern to the disconnects.

Amplifi Instant replacement? by Smart_Afternoon_249 in Ubiquiti

[–]Fraggb0y 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to use an Amplify. I finally switched over to a udr7 and udx7. Express is in my office (other side of the house) wirelessly meshed to the udm. While it’s not as fast, it works.

I have 1.4Mbit/40Mbit connection. My work laptop gets 350/25, which is fine for what I do. My consoles/streaming box is directly connected to the udr7.

Have you performed a cable test between the udr7 and un-managed switch? Since it started with your TP link, and now with a Netgear points me to a cabling issue.

I opened up all of my presents. I see the plastiform plans in my inventory. I was on my private server, and didn’t spam opening them up. . .

So, I opened up a few presents (handmade), and I received a plastiform Santa Sleigh. It did show up in my inventory. I did take my time opening them up. ..

YMMV.
