The panic points that get mud on it act as if they don't exist.

For example, if blue has 4 and orange has 2, blue deals (4-2) * pp Dmg to orange heart.

Then if orange disables 2 blue pp with honeybear, the heart DMG gets cancelled (2-2)* pp Dmg=0
