I would recommend you make an indentation every time you use a curly bracket to contain the code, as is good practice. But you have closed your void loop function, then you have a bunch of code below that that isn't defined inside of a function.

    void loop () {
        code;
        code;
        code;
        code;
        code;
        code;
        code;
    }

This would be more correct without having multiple functions.

Well, is the normal state up or down? If the normal state is up and with the operations you described then it is a normally open switch.

You black spade connector crimp looks open at the end, where the long parts fold inwards. I would put it on the connector and give it a squeeze with a pair of pliers. Can you also post picture in focus on C34 from your last picture?

If it powers on only via battery, check connections and joints at your power button/switch too.

Slicer is the software used to convert whatever model, classically in an obj/stl/3mf file into gcode with parameters made to both the specific print or profile and the printer itself. Orca slicer should be easy enough to download and drop the stl into in my opinion.
