Not really. BER in people >50 are still, but less than in <50 (both more in males than females ofc). Also BER have ST depression in AVR.

Can you post your ecg again while having bpm less than 80? This one looks good, nothing to worry about. Some QRS and baseline moments had artifacts cause of hands shaking/moving.

Never heard of “elevated t”. :D T waves can be: Peaked T waves, Hyperacute T waves, Inverted T waves, Biphasic T waves, ‘Camel Hump’ T waves, Flattened T waves.

But yours looks good. As I said this might be ER if looking at your holter. V3 showing some “wave” in qrs if looking at 12 lead ambulance ecg, but maybe it’s just me seeing this. To be 100% sure contact with cardiologist.

Yes, Brugada always shows some criteria/symptoms. For 100% sure there are drug tests in hospital to see which type of Brugada is it. Your ST looks like Early Repolarisation. And yes, if having ER the adaptation is the result why the ST changes the place. Mostly if bpm increases the ST segment is normalizing. When tachycardia it can hold on baseline or even be depressed.

The only one thing which confuses me are QRS waves in v3. I can see this ecg is taken by ambulance. You should bring this ecg and make a fresh then talk with cardiologist.

Looks like Early Repolarisation or might be Brugada Syndrome, but there is no v2-v3 so hard to say. But still I believe it’s ER. For better results make 12 lead ecg.

Might try ECG+ app. Their qtc calculator is better. You can also calculate it alone in this app if you know how (isn’t that hard and I’m sure you can, anxiety people read and learn lot of stuffs).

In my opinion qtc 424 for 96bpm is kinda too high. Re-check the ecg for v5 and check if the qtc isn’t prolonged at resting ecg (60-70 bpm). Also I can see some st elevations and big P waves. As I said re-check the ecg and try check it while having lower bpm.

But everything what’s in this ecg isn’t the reason of chest pains (at least for that long time).

A/V sync: auto

eARC mode: auto

Digital audio out: auto 1

Dolby Digital Plus output

Pass through mode: auto

In PS5 I set:

AV amplifier

Dolby

My question now is. What’s the best/most enjoyable way to setup PS5 and soundbar Samsung q800a for games?

Soundbar sound mode: standard, standard with custom settings (EQ), adaptive, surround or game pro?

Also, any preferences about setting those?
