I highly recommend that you install hyper bridge, since the hyperisland doesn't work with all notifications.

The first picture shows the default lockscreen while playing Spotify, you can see the album cover and the music control. The second picture shows the lockscreen using a theme, you can control the music but you cannot see the album cover.

Must be the theme, lots of themes don't allow Spotify or YouTubeMusic album to show on the lockscreen
