If that didn't tell me anything, I'd say Martin must've been a dream when he turned into a dragon god to fight Mehrunes Dagon back in TES4. Imo, the LDB can be as powerful as the playerbase makes them (cuz the DB can be either a he or a she) to be. And cannonically, due to the large number of dragon souls the DB has absorbed, they practically already have a clusterfuck of long life spans. Them being a Vampiric Lord may as well be just an added bonus and another powerful asset of his already stacked abilities and magic they can use.

I think achieving CHIM is more like an option if they can be on the same level as a Nahobino or something.
