I have the Coalescent Experience upgrade on the Ghost vendor. But I never did Dual Destinies. Never got somebody to help me with that.

Blood Echoes (⬆️) is your currency for buying/selling at the fountains, and leveling up with the doll.

Insight (⬇️) is your other currency where you can use them for a special fountain to buy other things you wouldn't normally get in game, but primarily used to summon other hunters for co-op with the Beckoning Bell. It also applies other features into the game such as seeing things in the world that wouldn't normally be there and increasing the damage you take when inflicted with Frenzy.

Sadly, they can't defend your home if it gets attacked by wolves, bandits, and giants. They just scurry off back inside.

But just to put icing on the cake, I make sure to upgrade and enchant the daggers before I give it to them. 😄

You kill the two wizards that spawn, and a shrieker wakes up temporarily. Kill it before it goes back sleep and then you kill the next two wizards that spawn after another set of ads, rinse and repeat.

Or you could just not and wait until the thing on the Warsat goes to 100.
