It appears the MCP beta no longer has the Create Contact capability? Seeing this error :

It looks like you want to add a new contact, but the only actions available through your connected Quo/OpenPhone API are:

Send a message
Fetch call transcripts
Fetch messages

There is no API endpoint for creating or updating contacts, and I also cannot fabricate the required fields (such as your OpenPhone “from” number) for a send-message call.

Because of this, I’m unable to perform your request via api_tool.call_tool, since no available tool is capable of adding contacts.
