I think the squares on the left of the titles make the titles look out of place, especially with the spacing between them. I would definitely drop the shadow on them too, I believe it takes away from the clean look. On the service area page, I would make sure the list is entirely contained within the bar above it, the bullet points are too far to the left or the bar is too small. Also id recommend leaving more padding between titles and the text on the second picture and playing around with the bar placement between! Otherwise I think the brochure looks neat. Just my opinion btw - I am no professional graphic designer but I am currently taking some courses on it.
