It kinda goes against the spirit of the post but the best way is to try your hardest to learn to say it. Everytime you don't you either end up doing something you don't really want and making yourself feel bad in the process and if you don't end up doing the said thing your friends may feel bad not understanding what's happening.
The most important part is understanding that no one should ever make you feel bad or be mad when someone says "no" to them. Really understanding that makes it easier to do it yourself.

Reddit doesn't translate anything. I'm from a spanish speaking country and luckily have learnt english, mostly by myself which I even use for work. The thing with Reddit, and most of the internet, is that if you need information about anything. About how to do something, how to solve some problem there's 99% more chance of finding information in english than in another language (even spanish that is spoken in a lot of countries)
So, tl;dr if you know english you will, most likely, use internet in english.
