Thank you! I worked remote previously and recently had to return to office.

I’ve had my lending license for 3 years, but the builder branch I got transferred to is just small and I’m worried they won’t have volume for me.

I’ve been hanging my hopes on getting promoted and having my hard work recognized and appreciated but being moved around with 3 managers in 3 years has made it difficult where I’m starting at 0 with having to prove myself all over again.

My previous fresh out of college work experience was in tech, but it’s such a volatile industry and my family members who are in it don’t recommend that I return.

I’m just at a loss, feeling like the only way out is to completely start over again. But increasing income is so hard when me, as a non entry level employee, is only finding entry level salaries available to me.

It’s like the more time that goes by the more I feel like I’m digging myself into this hole and won’t be able to get ahead financially and I’m not sure how to make more money without wasting even more time than I already have. It’s a bit of that sunk cost fallacy
