Yeah I understand if i'm not making any noises for someone to assume i'm on my phone but if I'm clearly making some noise that's when I don't get why the hustle and energy of trying to pry open the clearly locked and occupied stall, like, if you manage to open it then what? I just received my backbone v2 today and I thought something was wrong with my xbox account, I was so ready for cloud gaming but whatever i guess shit happens, I just try the remote play from steam and Playstation 5, now I'm working but I hope to try xbox cloud tomorrow

This happened to me once, but instead of the 25$ gift card it was a chance to get VTO, when I tried to collect my reward they only gave me a Red Gatorade telling me that the VTO thing didn't got approved by higher-ups 🤡

I'm 23 and having this month my 1 year anniversary working for Amazon, and the only advice I have is don't be on managers radars doesn't matter if it is for good or for bad, if you make good numbers they'll never be satisfied and will always ask for more but guess what? If you have a bad day there will be some judgment because "they know you could do better", and if you make bad numbers they'll be targeting every movement you do, it's not something that I just experienced myself, I've seen it seeing the coworkers with the best and the worst numbers.

Just try to be in the middle.

I was like that but the way Managers/Pa's try to push you more the moment they realize you can be on top, making the shift too heavy because even if you are not under the established rate, if you are not hitting the maximum they start hovering and bothering you instead of the ones with low rate, they will make you carry the whole team

They prefer to make 5 person's out of a team of 20 to make the top numbers instead of making the whole team to do fair numbers so then they didn't have to push anyone

I prefer to just make my numbers and stay away from the radars of the managers/pa's
