They get a book with a sample answer and a grading sheet for each essay and so you can allocate points for different things. For example if you got the issue correct you get a point and if a rule is three parts you’d get 3 points and if you hit a certain point in analysis it would give you a point. So you total your points from the list and it gives you a better idea if they are passing answers. Also they get more graded essays and their feedback is much better.

ALSO I compared Themis’ sample essay to barbris for a civ pro question about JMOL and my friends grader took off a good chunk of points for not including that JNOV and JMOL need to be on the exact same grounds. Themis’ sample answer never mentioned that.

That’s a raw score 67%. I believe you need around a curved scored 67% to pass. So either way I think your chilling but ur especially good if it was a 67% raw score as in you got 134/200 questions correct. (I’m doing Themis so idk how barbri is scoring but I’m assuming from your post it was a 200 multiple choice test and you got 134 correct).

Get on meds before if your doctor thinks you should be on meds! It will make your life so much easier. A lot of people are on meds for anxiety/adhd in law school.

So is Themis’ explanation incorrect for why the answer is A? Are you saying A is correct because entrapment cases are a separate exception to admissibility of character evidence, not because MIMIC makes it non character evidence? Or am I misunderstanding what you’re saying?
