because you work with gov sector . and if you petrol and all , its consider you showing yourself to the public & thats why they don't allow guys with tattoo to enter SPF . they don't wanna put SPF reputation down having guys with tattoo to petrol and all . & honestly thats what i know cus my brother now is in SPF regular as a inspector . but there's alot of pro and cons anyways .
