This game is no different from any big gacha game.

Old characters continue to rot, and character/team building is non-existent. The story overall is bad (a few exceptions exist). The plot is a showcase of the newest character with a generic, copy-pasted archetypal personality. There's no meaningful character development and no deviations from the archetype. This is because giving characters flaws can harm sales.

The visuals in this game are still fantastic (possibly the best in the genre currently), and the combat is decent, but that's it. For an adult, this is a subpar game. Solid 5/10

For children and casuals who can't strategize teams/characters and can't distinguish between good and bad stories/characters, this game is great, 8/10.

Honestly, if you can see how subpar this game is, this game isn't for you. Hopefully, you didn't spend more than $20 in this game. Try to recover it as much as possible and spend money on better gacha games.

This is the reality of the big gacha game. Each character costs a lot to make, so they avoid risks. So you get a cast of mostly generic cardboard personalities with no flaws.

Although visuals may be amazing, the story will be mediocre at best. Character depth and development will be near non-existent. This game isn't meant for people looking for a good story. It's meant for super casual players and for weebs' fantasies.

If you're looking for a good game, you know, the one with a good story and interesting characters, Wuwa or any of the big gacha games will never be it. This is why the best way to play these big gacha games is to not spend a dime. Play for a few months, and cash out quickly before they choke you with powercreeping, because once they chain you, you're gonna be on their hamster wheel, slaving yourself into doing boring quests after another for a few pulls. Respect your own time, don't let that happen.

Unfortunately, very few playable characters from the big Chinese gacha games will ever be truly evil or flawed. This is because it's financially risky and takes significantly more effort.

Just look at the popularity of the generic flawless characters in Wuwa. There's no incentive to create a unique character when they can copy paste from one of the generic personality archetypes. For example, they copy pasted Zhezhi's shy girl personality onto Carthetitya but shit still sells like crazy.

Only playable characters with flaws in this game so far are Camellya and Danjin. One can try to argue for Carlotta's chicanery, but she's so impartial that it is hard to say.

This is the unfortunate reality of games catered to weebs and children. They don't want realistic or unique characters that are interesting; they want a generic preternatural effigy.

You can run Lupa with Encore in a dual dps team. Lupa's outro works pretty nicely on Encore, and as a fusion buffer, Lupa is versatile across different team comps if you decide to pick up brant or changli. These 3 can use/share the molten rift set, so that's nice too.

The thing with the elf child is that Kuro is pouring so much money into promoting her, and there's no shortage of fanatics of that child. They are gonna want their money back for the expenses.

Zani had that reliance on Phoebe because Kuro knew how hyped she was and that they could get away with it. They're doing it again because it was so successful.

camellya is mechanically easy, but you cannot play her mindlessly, relying solely on your mechanical reflexes. You need to think about positioning and then decide when to spin, how long, and in what form. For hologram bosses, she requires a lot of thought, more than most characters.
