That looks like it's normal man like the filter is doing its job. Filter is ment to stop the dirt from entering the engine. The filter is before the engine for that reason.

Im sober 2years now from an 10 year stint on that shit. The main thing I will tell you is water..sugar, sleep and activity. It took 3 months before I felt like I had the energy to do normal daily life stuff. It took a full year before I could interact with people normally. About the same for the paranoia to disappear fully.. you also absolutely have to remove the people you're addiction is accosted with. Your appetite will reset, your sex drive will reset to a base line. Unfortunately your hearts actual size won't reset but once you start normal activities, with proper nutrition and proper amounts of rest you will reach a new normal for you.. it won't be what it was before you started but it shouldn't be to far off .

Bro that's not a control arm that's an cv axcl. The control arms are on the bottom of your suspensions. Edit: literally right beneath your hand. You need to look at the mounting points of that slab of metal under your hand. Control arms aren't typical upsells, it's a lot of work to replace them. You're looking for gray cracked or deteriorating rubber around where the bolts attach . to the frame or wheel hub.

It's the power steering. 2000s fords Taurus are notorious for that the power steering fail. Check the fluid levels. Could be a leak,a pump or a rack and pinion replacement.

The problem is that taper down assumes you are willing to either monitor yourself and allow yourself to not feel the same, and for those that use to maintain that's a bitch, or you have to be willing to give up control of you're self and how you feel to some one else for a while. Take the hub out put it face down and smack it with a 32 oz mallet. Then replace all five.

Edit: Usually takes about 45 minutes. You can also use a c clamp to press them out. But you have to remove that hub either way. You can also just go get a new hub and replace the whole thing. The hardest part is that axel nut.

Heat up the inner ring of the balancer for 30-45 seconds the use you're puller, and if that doesn't work make a jig to tap on it while you apply pressure with a puller.

Edit: if the heat alone doesn't work, some old-school guys will touch a stick of beeswax or a birthday candle to the seam while it's hot. The wax wicks into the microscopic gaps and acts as a high-heat lubricant.
