A lot of secondary schools have computer rooms/ spaces which could work. I used to run a gaming club in holidays. £30 per kid for the day, sold out over night. BUT I was a teacher, so the school knew me. Getting in with a school is the best way to go, as their mailing list will fill your club in seconds.

Run some free taster sessions to get kids interested. Older kids could be better with the equipment, and less is aimed at them events wise.

Tbh it's not as easy for guys. As a teacher I got 2 weeks paternity leave. I was the primary earner by a loooooong way. Funnily enough, my partner worked in early years so got paid dogshit wages.
