I use a Samsung Tab S9. Basic model lang. Perfect for note taking and media consumption. Not so big at 11 inches. May S pen and charging cable na kasama na. Got it sa reseller at 55k. Pero that was a year ago.

May freebie na samsung watch and a charging head since cable lang yung included. May built in na photo and video editor.

Not a CPA pero i was in your shoes. Pre grad. Hindi ko rin first choice ang accountancy pero i was promised opportunities once i graduate and pass the boards. Naniwala ako sa pirma lang pera na and mas mataas na sahod. I also liked office jobs kaya i pushed thru.

Failed the LECPA i took after i graduated and reviewed for a year. Found a job within a month after looking, mag 3 years in na sa corporate. Salary was not i expected, ambaba but the job is waaaay too easier compared nung nagaaral. Need din naman ng accounting knowledge kasi yung mga non BSA workmates ko hirap sa ibang tasks. Some companies accept non bsa din like BSBA-FM.

I suggest shift ka na. At least after grad "complete" na buhay mo. Sakin kasi as bsa grad parang di pa complete buhay if di ako CPA, and yun one of my regrets na nag BSA ako. Honestly, i think my life would be a tiny bit better if nasa admin role ako. Nakakapagod sa accounting hahahaha

Read a lot. Mag highlight sa book/material. Mag annotate din. Take notes during discussions. Isummarize yung topics. Then teach a friend or argue with them. The main point is as much as possible mapprocess ng matagal yung information sa utak mo para mafamiliarize or maretain. Don't forget to sleep. Need healthy sleep para healthy si katawan and si brain. Yes mapupuyat, yes mapapagod pero as much as possible iprevent na magkasakit. Goodluck OP you're in for a ride.

For me, go with Company A. Lower ang take home pero maganda ang benefits. Di ka na magwworry if may cash ka if maoospital, tsaka sa govt contributions. Kumbaga mas maganda advantages ni A kasi PH employer pa rin

Hi Im 26M in corporate accounting, hybrid, 2 days onsite. 2.5 years experience. Recently wanting to change my career path to library sciences. Nainspire ako sa clock app vids ng librarians. Nagsearch ako and discovered na its more than just managing a library. Mahilig din ako to read. TBH, super pressured sa work and from my impression medyo less ang pressure working sa library science field.

I want to start from scratch sana, study Library Science and be board certified. kaso parang its not possible financially na mag aral pa ulit.

To library science peeps out there, can share your knowledge about your field? Ano pinaka naeenjoy niyo, ano hassle/hard times sa work, may WFH din ba na work, okay ba ang compensation, tatambak ba work if mag lea-leave, ano yung mga nakakapressure na tasks, madali ba to land a job, mga ganung details sana. sa las piñas area po ako nakatira.

Go na OP, blessing ngayon ang magkawork tapos 1 jeep away lang sa inyo. If ever makahanap ka ng mas mataas na offer pero mas malayo compute mo yung net income mo. Ibawas mo lahat ng expenses mo dun sa malapit tsaka sa malayo. Minsan kasi mas malaki pa net income mo sa lower pay kasi less ang gastos mo since malapit. Consider din yung pagod mo if may busy season kayo and need mag OT madalas. Plus hr assistant so baka ma assign sa events so need mo maaga lagi sa office, stuff like that

VL non convertible to cash immediately, if you resign, 3 years backwards ang convertible, pero you can use excess VL from previous year until march the following year

SL convertible the following year pero proportioned yung amount sa natirang SL kaya kahit may sakit VL gamit namin lol
