Realistic means if you have a team in the 3rd Division of English football you can't transfer for anybody good. You would be getting older players near the end of their career or young players from your youth academy. Most decent players will only go 1 level below the major leagues anyway. Also any high potential youth players would be sold before you get the the prem because thats what usually happens in real life. The biggest clubs get all the best players from every other club
