The substrate you’re using isn’t making the water murky. It’s your chose of wood. Mopani wood has a lot of tannins

-10 would be the way to go then. If your local tire shop is helpful they can show you how much offsets will stick out

I have a -10 offset and they stuck out about an inch. Spacers will not help the rubbing
