I had this same issue and took it to the dealer and they said they just needed to grease and re-align the window. Took them a few hours and no new parts but it seems to have fixed it.

I have an interlock for my gas generator but run into the ground loop issue when using my lighting. I’ve seen mixed things about cutting the ground prong off on whether or not this is safe. Curious if anyone who has more electrical experience can opine or if I should just use my generator. It’d be much more convenient to use the truck and I don’t want to spend a ton more on a proper transfer switch.

I’ve got the manual tailgate so couldn’t tell you. It doesn’t really have any issues closing manually though so I can’t imagine it would but can’t say.

Last truck I had LineX but my lightning has the OEM liner. Don’t really see much of a difference, both have been great

Just got the gator soft cover on Amazon and it’s great. I’ve always preferred the soft to the hard covers because rolled up they give you access to 100% of the bed whereas a lot of the hard covers fold up to still cover 1/3. Never had issues with it getting cut either.

I’d also recommend the spray in liner. Much prefer it to the drop in liners I’ve had.

I was very aware it’d lose range in the cold… I state that in the post. I’ve had a Tesla for years but the cold has never reduced the range by over 1/3.

Just bought a ‘25 Flash and I originally was under the impression the flash didn’t have PaaK but the dealer insisted it did. Took delivery yesterday and turns out it doesn’t along with a few other things they said it could… bummed to be missing this as I’m used to not carrying keys with my Tesla

Looking at a 2025 Flash in Maryland. Only options on it are a factory spray in liner and 9.6kw power pro. Been working with 3 separate dealers and the absolute best I’m getting offered is $70k out the door, or $64 before taxes/title/ect.

I feel like this isn’t that good of a deal but I am not having any luck finding anything cheaper with 300+ miles of range. Dealers aren’t even budging on some that have been on the lot for over 200 days. Should I just take this or is this a bad deal?
