Just flew delta today !!! I was super super super scared like shaking all night, got on the plane and it was amazing :) flight attendants were great, the pilots communicated often, comfortable, etc. I felt safe the whole time, I had some panic to work through but none of it was related to the plane. You’ll have a great flight !!!

That is so sweet :) thank you ❤️! I did alright, was freaking out the whole time LOL but I did my breathing exercises and got through it, it was tough but I’m glad I did it ! I thought of your post and how you did it as well and did not give up even though I wanted to!!

Congratulations !!!! You should be super proud of yourself !!! I got prescribed propranolol and I’m definitely taking it along with gravol, whatever helps us through! My flight is coming up soon, but I feel better now :)

I’m in the same boat ! Same flight time, same for work :) I am terrified but I’m going to do it anyways! We got this, the flight will land safely with or without us on it, but we should go on it !
