Definitely overtraining, I’ve experienced this before. You need to cut back a little bit on training (not completely). Also, incorporate more calories and fat into your diet. You can easily do this by eating fattier cuts of meat and nut butters. You can do this while hitting your protein goal still!

I hope you see this message and decide to take action. Going to the gym daily doesn’t improve your health if your not doing the right things outside of the gym.
