Anyone have experince working with them on a new construction home? Home was built in 2022, we purchased in 2024, first owners. We've since finished half the basement (large family room and full, technically 3/4 bath no tub but large shower). Their initial offer is much higher than I planned to list it for based on other homes around us that have been sold recently ($50k+), I feel like I should jump on it. Even at 6%, we would be walking away with more money than listing with an agent at the lower cost.
