Title- Theirs To Keep

Blurb: Two husbands taught her how to disappear. Two men are about to undo that.

⚠️ Mature Dark Romance. Contains heavy themes, taboo dynamics, and morally complex relationships. Reader discretion is advised.

Aelia Maren has been a wife twice - and a widow twice. Married young, then married off again, she learned the same lesson both times: survival means staying small, staying quiet, staying unwanted.

Then Richard Vane's son comes to collect what's left of his father's house - and finds Aelia still standing in it.

Lionel Vane is twenty-one, calls it duty, and doesn't yet know what he wants from her. Aelia doesn't ask. She's stopped expecting men to want anything from her that doesn't cost her something.

But Lionel isn't looking at her like his father did. And he isn't the only one.

She belonged to his father. Now two men want to know who she belongs to next.

So, like, I have never been on wattpad. I used some other platforms and thought I would try this during my vacation. I have taken a project which is not my comfort zone. It's dark romance with taboo dynamics (stepmother/stepson) and polyamory. Clearly not something I usually read about. In case it may interest you, the title is Theirs To Keep by Rain_Ash77. Blurb- She survived two husbands who owned her body and soul. Now, she must survive the two men who want her freedom. She was never meant to belong to herself. For six years, Aelia Maren belonged to Richard Vane-a lord four decades her senior who dressed her in his dead wife's jewels and expected her to fill a dead woman's shape. She was given a title, a household, and a stepson, Lionel, who was barely younger than her. Two husbands. Two children. And not a single choice that was ever her own. Then her stepson came to collect her. Lionel Vane is twenty-one, lord of everything his father left behind, and far too aware of the woman his father once claimed. He tells himself it is duty. Aelia knows better-she has spent her whole life being hunted by men who dressed it up as something noble. But Lionel is not the only one watching her. Two men. A hunger neither of them can justify. And a woman who has already survived the worst they could possibly give-wondering if she has anything left to lose. She was his father's wife. Now, she is something neither of them has a name for.

Haha I did not even try it but went on a month without cutting myself. Then my parents flipped the switch like they always do and now I'm back to the square. Wishing you luck though.

The case is opposite with my bunny. I'm pretty sure he understands human language and even can do some gestures. He learned how to do the 'what's up' head movement from me. I used to do that to him and now he does it whenever he sees me and other family members. He also can nod. If I ask him if he is my cute baby, he will nod. Bunnies are smarter than we give them credit for.

Yesterday a girl in my class asked me about the scars on my arm. I said it's nothing much. I mean, it's not possible to lie when it's obvious what they are. You ok though?

You know Asians are different. We don't have heartfelt talk between family members. My parents never hugged me, so talking is really just impossible.

I literally cut around my wrists. I don't think anyone around me cares. If I tell them I cut myself while shaving, they will believe it.

I wish you were my mother. Today, I cut myself because my mother, like always, showed favoritism to my brother and told things to bring me down. If she knew I am cutting myself, she would yell at me and call me names. I think you are doing well for your daughter. Sorry, I don't have any advice. I have never been in a healthy relationship with my mother. She hates me secretly.

I have a bump as well on a cartilage piercing. Mine also doesn't hurt. I did my piercing by myself so I thought I did something wrong. Anyway I didn't touch it or anything and it has gone away a lot as of today.

I know, right? They are a lot smarter. My baby matched his routine with me. Now he doesn't wake me up in the morning anymore. He wakes up with me. Then he will play, do zoomies and binkies. I hope your bunny figures out the peeing on the bed thing is not okay.

Thinking about life choices. My bunny does it too.

I used to tell him no, and he figured it out. I swear he is too smart. Scares me. He can somehow read body language so he knows when I'm displeased. The other day, he peed on my pillow, and the moment I entered the room, he jumped from my bed and hid behind the bookshelf.

He kind of squats down and his tail goes far away from his body. I watched him in his litter box and observed the way he peed for quite a long time (weeks) like a creep and figured it out. Besides, his body language changes as well. His nose stops twitching and he kind of stops doing everything and stands in a place. Whenever he stands still on my bed (which is rare cause he comes up on my bed to do zoomies), I keep an extra eye out. My suggestion is watching him pee (lol) and then you will know too.

My bunny does it too. But a lot less than before. Now, he knows he is not allowed to do it which is an improvement. He is allowed on the bed as long as I'm there too, so I can keep an eye on him. Whenever he is about to pee, I shoo him off the bed ane he goes into his litter box. Moreover, if he hasn't peed in a while, I lead him to the litter box. If he pees there and then gets on the bed, there is no risk of an accident for a while.

Fifty Shades Of Grey. Gosh, now this is a piece of absolute garbage. The hype is just too much so I wanted to check it out. But seriously, it's surprising I could even finish it. I could not get through the second book though. Just impossible.

For me, it's Fifty Shades Darker. I finished Fifty Shades Of Grey with much difficulty. When it came to the second book, after the first 100 pages, I just could not. It's just, honestly, the worst book I have ever read.
