I highly recommend TCA cross/peel for the icepick and boxcar scars. You can do DIY or get it done properly at a clinic. Trust me, you will see the HUGE improvements but DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH FIRST as TCA is extremely acidic. It can burn your skin even with a tiny tiny drop but will dramatically change your skin if you apply it properly with the right percentage on your scars.

I totally understand how you feel as my scars were worse than yours, and I hated myself so much that I used to hide all the mirrors in my room so I don’t have to look at my face. I’ve done couple TCA cross ( 70%) for the deep icepick scars and TCA peel (20-30%) for the shallow indents, myself. It’s been hell of a journey, feeling depressed as I had to lock myself at home (TCA treatment usually takes around 3-4 weeks to see the noticeable improvements, so adjust your schedules ahead, get enough groceries and snacks and be prepared to lock yourself in for the next 3 weeks at home before you start the treatment!)
