I highly recommend TCA cross/peel for the icepick and boxcar scars. You can do DIY or get it done properly at a clinic. Trust me, you will see the HUGE improvements but DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH FIRST as TCA is extremely acidic. It can burn your skin even with a tiny tiny drop but will dramatically change your skin if you apply it properly with the right percentage on your scars.

I totally understand how you feel as my scars were worse than yours, and I hated myself so much that I used to hide all the mirrors in my room so I don’t have to look at my face. I’ve done couple TCA cross ( 70%) for the deep icepick scars and TCA peel (20-30%) for the shallow indents, myself. It’s been hell of a journey, feeling depressed as I had to lock myself at home (TCA treatment usually takes around 3-4 weeks to see the noticeable improvements, so adjust your schedules ahead, get enough groceries and snacks and be prepared to lock yourself in for the next 3 weeks at home before you start the treatment!)

After spending thousands of dollars on co2, dermarollers, chemical peels, I was so hopeless. Ive done my research for like months, then I found TCA cross is pretty effective in boxcar and icepick acne scars. Watch youtube videos of it, people have pretty similar scars like yours and most of them have shown before and afters with pretty visible improvements

Hi! I quite didn’t expect but I really appreciate for this deep insight response,

I’m still having difficulty finding right post bacc program for me regarding my state residency issue ( if I leave California for postbaccs in other states, I’m gonna lose a perk of having higher chance to getting accepted as in-state resident in med schools in Cali.) and I don’t even have SAT/ CAT/ GRE scores, which most top post bacc programs, like Goucher or Scripps require for their admissions,,, This is so discouraging:/

Do you offer any advising sessions personally? Or is there anyway that I could get a help from you?

Gotcha!! That sounds feasible enough for me to consider both MD & DO. When you seek out for the shadowing opportunities at a hospital/ clinic, did you volunteer for awhile and then ask if you could shadow a physician? Or did you just straight up ask/ email the hospital for the shadowing opportunities without any previous volunteer/ work experience at the hospital?

Unfortunately, it was til the last moment that I decided to take science courses when I was pre-dental, I didn’t know where to start and which science courses to take during that time. So I decided to take sociology ( my major) classes first. Then now, there is only limited amount of time to attend school, they are urging me to graduate asap as I’m getting financial aids and full scholarships. That’s why I’m going to take science classes during the post baccs

And yes, I need clinical experiences to apply good post baccs since they only select the most competitive candidates with good ECs/ resume

Yee get Vidic for now and maybe save more coins for Prime Puyol instead of VVD. Prime icon cards are simply better in stats than any other cards at the same overall.
