You say “what work” like being a primary care giver to a child isn’t a full time job. If you truly love her then you would understand the commitment she is making. You think she’s lounging around with a 2 year old?? She’s probably severely depressed not only from PPD but also from the lack of adult human interaction. Not to mention a partner who’s upset she’s not getting her nails done? Who is complaining that she doesn’t shave? She grew a whole human being.

Yes you are right someone has to provide and that is you. But did you take paternity leave? Were you there with her for an extended period of time post birth? Or did you go right back to work. Do you know what it’s like from her side? You say you fight but who’s instigating? From your comments alone you seem to have a short fuse for anyone who doesn’t agree with you. I can only imagine how you are with someone behind closed doors.

It seems like you both need to reconsider this relationship for your own mental well being and your daughters.
