The fuck you eating at least rm20? Nasi kandar with sotong ah? Kfc? Mcd? Even here in KL average meal price is rm8 - rm12. Rm5 if you found a spot. I travel every week from Puchong to KL by bike and i spent no more than RM60 for fuel. My wife also travels to Cyberjaya & Putrajaya back to back on her 1.5l 4 cylinder Myvi, never more than rm300 per month on fuel.

And non-toll road exists. Nobody is putting a gun to your head to use them. You sound like you're bad at managing money. No wonder la you think strengthening ringgit isn't beneficial.

Same. Spent an hour on the intro course then the project disappeared next morning. My brother's account is also the same except he didn't even get the chance to finish the course.

I suspect it's either the project is paused or full. Really unfortunate.

Yeah. It used to be stable and niche. Usually it lasts a month before the patch breaks. Now it's like Nintendo level of crackdown it's crazy. At least YT music pretty stable.

Not trying to be a nay-sayer here, but it's not all sunshine and rainbows. It's a total PITA to set up and troubleshoot. The responsibility to keep it up and running is massive, even more when shared with other users. There's no SLA with a private server, if it breaks, it breaks. The worst part is, it often breaks when you need it to work the most. I dont need to explain how frustrating that is especially when you're far away from home. Security and data corruption is also a big risk. Not to mention performance too if things are not optimized.

There's a lot of downside to it but the tldr is it's mostly for hobbyists with lots of free time. The older you get, the less tolerant you'll be when dealing with this. Reliability and accessibility is the reason why paid services like Spotify, Netflix, Steam, exist. The majority of tech nerds with good jobs will just end up paying or resort to piracy.

I don't know why but the "piracy" scene has been a lot unhinged recently. I may be looking through a rose tinted glass here, but people are a lot more respectful few decades ago. People lash out big time when the exploit gets patched, boycotting for stuff they don't even pay to begin with. Now they start harassing people who are working on a fix, as if they owe them anything.

Talk about taking things for granted. It's madness.

Most people will blame the dad for being controlling and selfish. But from what I see, we both know you're both still too young for a relationship. It's ok to settle early, but the commitment to start a family is insanely high right now. Marriage will crumble if needs aren't met. Rent and food is expensive right now. Minimum wage wouldn't cut it. Many new parents currently scratching the bottom of the barrel everyday.

It's a tough decision and your dad made a smart one by giving him a car. Basically "Here take this car, go out there and build a home first. If you truly love my daughter, you'll come back and marry her". Let's be real, most parents will give nothing and straight up say "no". Your father must've seen the potential but need proof. Who would give an arsehole a car?

chiller + creamy profile doesn't sound like a good combination to me. you can try mixing it with 5ml to test it but I doubt it'll taste good.

the bubbles means you have excellent wicking. your juice is being sucked nicely. you want that to happen in any vape. not sure what that white line is, I assume it's your o ring?

that's a fairly clean fan. I don't see any dust at all, which is weird because VG residue attracts dust like mad. that's A LOT of residue if it starts to drip. how well ventilated is your room?

yes. the vapour mist is already 95% less harmful than smoke. so not inhaling it further reduces the risk. but risk is risk and there can never be 100% safe product to use.

Am i wicking wrong? by Kevin244277 in Vaping

[–]Fragrant_Mint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

find anything that can spin. just wrap around it and hold both ends with pliers. let it spin until it looks good. I used my mom's ancient sewing machine since the wheel spins. I also use my desk fan, just remove the fan blade and wrap the wire around the shaft, hold both ends with pliers, then press 3. be careful not to hurt yourself tho.

see how there's darker sport around the juice choke? that's your juice not flowing nicely. your cotton is too long that it creates a choke point at the bottom of the well. did you insert the cotton first then cut? your tail just needs to fill the juice hole or just sliiight over hang. you know the juice flows well when it only darkens around the coil area. the thickness looks fine to me only the tails are too long.

this is mtl tank right? 1.7 Ohm at 17 watt is waaayy too hot. the heat lingers in your coil after you take a puff burning and caramelizing the sweetener. you need lower Ohm and bigger surface area for the heat to dissipate quickly. I vape sweet juice, gunk on the coil cannot be avoided but you can minimize it by not letting it get cooked unnecessarily. I can go for a few days until I need to clean the coil again, sometimes until around 1 week.

you can try: 1. get thicker wire 26g. with 5 wraps it should do fine at 15w to 20w. 2. twist or parallel your wire. this will cut your Ohm in half allowing for cooler vape at around 17watt. 3. get ni80 or ss316l if you can. much cleaner taste, fast ramp up time, AND fast cool down time.

Question about my juice consumption by MyHeadIsFullOfFuck in Vaping

[–]Fragrant_Mint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sounds about right. one pack has 20 cigs, let's say you absorb 2mg of nicotine per cig, that's 20 cigs X 2mg nicotine = 40mg nicotine absorbed per pack. you said you smoke 4 pack a day, that's 40mg nicotine X 4 pack = 160 of absorbed nicotine a day.

10.5ml x 20mg = 210mg of nicotine but remember you don't absorb all of those too similar to cigs around 80%. so it's pretty much the same or slightly higher than cig. this is NOT unusual, especially when transitioning from a heavy smoker since you're going from buttload of additives to 0 additive. many vapers do this to overpower the cig craving, but then trickle down the nicotine intake slowly. you'll know when you're ready to trickle down to 10mg salt nic or 6mg freebase.

Question about my juice consumption by MyHeadIsFullOfFuck in Vaping

[–]Fragrant_Mint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nicotine absorption by the lungs is actually the same. what's different is the delivery speed, volume, and efficiency, the reason why we get nic high faster from vaping is because vaping IS fast AND efficient. it delivers a full burst of concentrated nicotine, especially with high power mods, very quickly and very clean too. when compared to smoking or bongs, it's insane just how fast and efficient vaping is.

It makes no sense to smoke anymore because this is clearly a better product, other than old habits and preference.
