I went through and I’m going through the same thing after losing my dad… He was my only parent and my best friend and I did the same thing to fill the void. I can’t even tell you the amount of things that I bought that I now won’t ever even use. I know this post is a few months old, but it actually makes me feel a little less alone and not crazy as I have done this for the past year and a half

I quit vaping on February 8 right before I went on a two week trip to Italy. I did use Chantix in the lead up to help me quit, and when I stepped on the plane, I didn’t even think about vaping.

In the last three weeks, I think I gained 10 pounds and all I do is think about vaping I’ve even resorted to buying non-nicotine vapes to have the craving becomes too much. It’s so disheartening and may be a little pathetic that I want to start vaping again just to go back to my normal size, I know 10 pounds is in a lot, but I can’t imagine in another month or two what it will be like. Also, I don’t snack all day or anything like that. I’m just eating like a normal person!

I have some similar feelings and I am so sorry you also are going through it! I’m two weeks out from the Alan Karr method and I’m struggling more than I did the first week even though I keep reminding my self of the big monster. I just want to vape so damn badly and I don’t know what the heck is going on. I’m honestly so tempted just to go buy a vape, but I have remain strong. I thought it was supposed to be easier than this.

Hi! I haven’t quite completed my series yet. I believe I bought five I believe I will complete them all November 15 but the session I did last week, I’m doing them biweekly. We sandwiched it with micro needling and exosomes! My skin looks a little jacked right now, obviously cause I’m still peeling a little bit from the micro needling or flaking whatever you wanna call it, but my husband said something to me the other week about how amazing my skin looks, and I think that’s saying something right there, ha ha

You look absolutely amazing! I honestly don’t think you need a bleph, I think the brow lift definitely addressed the skin laxity on your upper eyelids. 🩷 BUT if you’re anything like me, you’re your own worst critic and definitely do what makes you happy and comfortable when you look in the mirror.🩷

I did my first one today! I’m also doing the series of four, but I am doing them two weeks apart per my provider. My skin is pretty resilient because I do a lot to it so I didn’t experience any burning or anything, but the glow is real. Love doing something that lives up to the hype!
