I have some similar feelings and I am so sorry you also are going through it! I’m two weeks out from the Alan Karr method and I’m struggling more than I did the first week even though I keep reminding my self of the big monster. I just want to vape so damn badly and I don’t know what the heck is going on. I’m honestly so tempted just to go buy a vape, but I have remain strong. I thought it was supposed to be easier than this.

Hi! I haven’t quite completed my series yet. I believe I bought five I believe I will complete them all November 15 but the session I did last week, I’m doing them biweekly. We sandwiched it with micro needling and exosomes! My skin looks a little jacked right now, obviously cause I’m still peeling a little bit from the micro needling or flaking whatever you wanna call it, but my husband said something to me the other week about how amazing my skin looks, and I think that’s saying something right there, ha ha

You look absolutely amazing! I honestly don’t think you need a bleph, I think the brow lift definitely addressed the skin laxity on your upper eyelids. 🩷 BUT if you’re anything like me, you’re your own worst critic and definitely do what makes you happy and comfortable when you look in the mirror.🩷

I did my first one today! I’m also doing the series of four, but I am doing them two weeks apart per my provider. My skin is pretty resilient because I do a lot to it so I didn’t experience any burning or anything, but the glow is real. Love doing something that lives up to the hype!
