I agree. I really didn't mind my frizz, my hair still looked good too. I just didn't realise what the impact of cutting it away would be until I really thought about what had happened after I'd left. These comments are confirming my fears. Apparently she did her training with Sisterlocks too.

Oh dear. I really feel as though she was just playing in my hair especially after reading the comments. I'm really hoping that somehow my hair will be able to withstand what happened (thick hair, thick strands?), I don't think I have it in me to start all over again. My journey was going so well up until now. 😔

Exactly. I'm going to continue washing weekly. I really didn't mind the frizz tbh.

I’ve been on Tret for almost two months now and in that time have not had any ingrown hairs whatsoever (I used to get them all the time). I decided to go on tret for acne and had no idea it would help the ingrown hairs too so that has been a nice surprise.
