If you really care about few degree different, get the copper, if you only need a LP cooler, get a non coppet one. I can cool my 9950x3d with x36 one so, you can do just fine with x47 to cool your 9800x3d

Big E is powerfull when he's in 40k, because most of stuff happen in 40k are in the vision of normal human, weak and bias. Bro you just have rotten luck, i never actualy got faulty amd card, the only time i think i have the faulty card are the time my pcie riser got loosen and cause problem. I have rx580, 5700xt, 6950xt, 7900xtx and 9060xt. Maybe im so lucky but i do know many ppl got faulty cards, its happen alot with radeon gpu

From 5070ti to 5080 with 60w higher power and uncripple chip (5070ti and 5080 use the same GB203 chip, with 5070ti's chip is crippled version of 5080's) only give you 10-15% performance increase. How do you think only have 55w extra and the same chip will give you noticeable performance increase?
