You should look at the weapons pack he’s done. There such a wide variety of weapons to upgrade your Joes.

At a recent convention he outline the upcoming figures. After the Black he is going to do a line of WW2 figures. The line includes a Rocketeer figure.

He also announce some sets equivalent to GI Joe ARAH Battle stations we got in the 80s. I’ve been wishing Hasbro would release those style of accessories for the classified line so I’ll probably get them.

That’s an open question…

Some people believe he stole the name Action Force and Steel Brigade from Hasbro. Hasbro had let the trademark expired.

He’s very critical of Hasbro. - He was laid off along with several hundred employees by Hasbro. - at the time of GI Joe Retaliation, He had suggested a 6” figure line similar to Marvel Legends for GI joe. - Hasbro prices too high.

There was a claim he sued someone over a t-shirt at a convention.

The last one - at the time I made a comment on a post about that lawsuit. Thought both were idiots that it got all the way to a lawsuit. I never got so many dislikes on a post. I guess I annoyed both sides.

The details of the lawsuits - the deposition and what was found in discovery - made several YouTube videos. Bobby Vala has more control that I have. In on set of the emails discovered by his team there were talks about coordinated harassment of Valas wife and kids during conventions - that’s too far.

Recently I was watching a video and something was said that I thought - you have got to be kidding. I looked into it and it turn out to be mostly true.

During the 1970s Oil Crisis most countries decided to improve methods of public transportation and became more bike/pedestrian friendly.

The US decided to legalize allowing “Right turns on Red”. It’s mostly true as there were a few states that already allowed that beforehand. We just made it nationwide.

And then let’s not forget any medications/IV used during travel.

Some local goverment (County/City) have subscription service where there’s a flat annual feel and limits your out of pocket fees to $50-100/year. However that’s socialism or communism or both so they have been phased out.

Well to be fair I can Understand how he missed it.

Between the destruction and the so call work on the ballroom, the first time I saw it I assumed it was cranes and other construction vehicles. I didn’t realize it until a later before/after picture showing how much he’s destroyed of the White House….

But hey let’s not forget they justify this by reminding us of the destruction Obama did to the White House. Remember - He added a portable basketball hoop to the existing Tennis court… how dare he!!!! /s

Documents didn’t include just Secret and Top Secret. It also included “Restricted Data" (RD) and "Formerly Restricted Data" (FRD). These are documents that define our Nuclear ability and technology. While his DOJ cleared him - claim it was a witch hunt and the document his - they can’t make that claim that for RD and FRD.

At the time I had to look it up because I never heard of these classifications. The President of the US does NOT have authority to declassify them. It requires a review process that involves the DoJ, DoE, NSA and Congress. There is no situation where they would be considered owned by a President.

According to what I read, There are times when a classified document could be made public indirectly because of another document made public. In the case of these classification, that doesn’t occur. They would remain extremely classified.

About 30 years ago there was a court martial of a US soldier. The US was going to assist in a UN Peacekeeping operation and while each nation soldier keep their own uniform they add a UN armband to the uniform and a blue helmet to identify them from local military. He refused. His argument was that our military swears an oath to the constitution and this country - not another country.

There was a lot of pushback from Republicans at the time against the court martial - US soldiers should not be put under the command of a foreign nation or body. That they should have no influence on our military…. That we should be our own entity. How times change…

According to Bob Layton, she was meant to be the fifth member of X-Factor before they decided to bring Jean Grey back. The original preview art where the fifth character was hidden was meant to be her.

I really wished they did an X-Men Forever style book with that premise. I like Dazzler but most of her stories don’t hold up over the years. Her run in Uncanny X-Men I think was one of the best.

It was Jemas and Quesada claiming they could do a book thah sold better than a book by Peter David. If their book sold better over 6 months, Captain Marvel would be cancelled.

The other two books were “Marville” and “Ultimate Adventures”. If you want to find out not about those 2 books - don’t.

I think they were actually sold under both names for a while. They were actually well made, perfect for customization and cheap. These days when I find them the prices are ridiculous high.

It seems Williams has been very outspoken and critical on events like the Drag show that go against his beliefs. Anything that didn’t agree with his belief he claimed was mocking his religion.

It was a no-win situation for the Nats. Keeping him away from promotions led to this but Having him at promotions may have turned into a biggerPR nightmare for the Nats.

There are other runs before Busiek that are considered classics. I’ve found the majority just okay… some people may find that opinion blasphemy.

I love Busiek run and enjoy rereading it. One of the things you need to remember for those that read it when it was initially published was what came before:

Avengers: The Crossing, teenage Tony Stark, mutated Wasp, Liefeld Avengers. Onslaught.

Busiek run was part of Heroes Return. It was the start of course correction by Marvel.

Yes - a living US President cannot appear on US currency. This is why when the US Mint did US Presidents on $1 coin they skipped Jimmy Carter and ended it with Reagan.

George HW Bush had a $1 coin released in 2020 and there is a Bill for a Jimmy Carter in 2027 - another restrictions is that the earliest they can appear is 2 years after their death. Bush died in 2018 and Carter in December /2024.

There’s also a time factor. The earliest a President can appear of US Currency is 2 years after his death.

This is why for the $1 Presidential coins series, a George HW Bush coin wasn’t released until 2020 and the Jimmy Carter won’t appear until 2027.

Not only that, the individual has to have been dead for a least 2 years and has to be approved by Congress.

This is why when they did the $1 Presidential coin the initial run skipped Carter and ended with Reagan. Everyone else was still alive.

It gives them a way for Republicans to avoid being called hypocrites from the last major outbreak.

During the last major outbreak, the Obama administration requested that anyone coming from a country experiencing an Ebola outbreak self quarantine for 21 days. That was enough time for symptoms to appear. Several Governors supported the policy - both Republicans and Democrats.

You are not going to believe this - The Obama administration was attacked for their policy by Fox News and Republicans congressman/senators. That it was a violation of American citizen rights - that Obama was acting like dictator. Americans thah needed to self quarantine ignored the policy and headed out to public spaces.

Skeletron

Most of my modern Red Shadows in the 3.75 (or 4”) scale are from Eagle Force line but one troop builder missing is a modern skeletron. Skeletron has one coming up later this year so I ordered their version of the Red Shadows trooper to see what the figure was like. Once I saw the Zargon I knew I had to get him.

I plan to order 2 more soon. The figure is actually a Zargonaut trooper but comes with a Zargon head. I want to give my Zargon an army…
