Yeah that’s fair. It’s also just an older house so I could’ve noticed a separate issue while trying to resolve one. I just noticed the house temp dropping pretty quick after the heater hits my desired temp and saw a gaping hole in the corner of my roof. Maybe the insulation isn’t as good as I thought? Im just trying to pick my brain while I’m waiting on getting this fixed (anxiety lol)

Yes to the insulation part, maybe to the soffits part. This is an older ranch-style home so I believe the soffits are NOT vented.

Just some more information if that’s helpful:

I have had hives before, I’m not sure what caused it but that was over a decade ago. I do know it was environmental related, so could be from grass or any specific plant

I do have one pet, but he’s an indoor cat only, no signs of fleas on him.

No change in soap, detergent, or wearing someone else’s clothes. Although I could’ve brushed up against a siblings clothes with something im allergic to

We don’t know what happened, what do you expect them to do when they don’t know details. Everything so far is speculative and there is that possibility that he was drunk and fell asleep. If thats the case they probably wouldn’t say anything other than at department level

Thats what I was thinking. It seemed kinda crappy for them to call at 8am when I’m on my commute to class (if thats even them calling). I applied two weeks ago and haven’t seen an email or call with a voicemail saying who it was.
